一、食品進口國內(nèi)收貨人（公司）需要以下資質(zhì)：
1、食品流通許可證（要是酒類進口還需酒牌）　　　
2、進出口權(quán)　
注明：沒有以上資質(zhì)或者資質(zhì)不全，可以用我司資質(zhì)雙抬頭報關(guān)；個人進口全用我司資質(zhì)

Note: Without the above qualifications or incomplete qualifications, you can use our qualifications double-head customs declaration; personal imports are all our qualifications.
二、方便面到港前提前準(zhǔn)備以下資料：

　　5、發(fā)票（蓋章）
　　6、裝箱單（蓋章）
　　7、灌裝日期證明（蓋章）
　　8、成分分析表（蓋章）
　　9、產(chǎn)品在其國家（地區(qū)）注冊和批準(zhǔn)銷售的證明
　　10、前后標(biāo)簽正本（包括前標(biāo)、背標(biāo)中文翻譯件及電子檔）.

四、食品進口報關(guān)稅率
1、食品進口關(guān)稅 進口關(guān)稅稅額=到岸價格×進口關(guān)稅稅率
2、食品進口增值稅 17% ：增值稅稅額=（到岸價+進口關(guān)稅額+消費稅額）×增值稅稅率（根據(jù)實際產(chǎn)品來 定，有些產(chǎn)品是13%如蜂蜜）
3、消費稅 10% ：消費稅稅額=（（到岸價+關(guān)稅額）/1-消費稅稅率）X消費稅稅率（根據(jù)實際產(chǎn)品來定，有些產(chǎn)品是有消費稅如紅酒）

Customs clearance rate for food imports
1.Food Import Tariffs Import Tariffs = CIF Prices * Import Tariff Rates
VAT for food imports: VAT tax = CIF + import tariff + consumption tax) * VAT tax rate (based on actual products, some products are 13% such as honey)

五、食品進口清關(guān)時效
1、食品收貨人和出口商備案：1個工作日
2、食品中文標(biāo)簽備案：5-7個工作日（非預(yù)包裝食品不需要標(biāo)簽備案）
3、食品進口報檢：1個工作日
4、食品進口報關(guān)：2個工作日
5、化驗：10個工作日
6、出衛(wèi)生證書：5個工作日
***如需快速處理快可以7個工作日完成

1.Recording of food consignees and exporters: 1 working day
2.Chinese food label filing: 5-7 working days (non-pre-packaged food does not need label filing)
